The Analytics Retail Banking Services stream offers an month head office program and includes four rotations within diverse insights, data science and risk teams across areas such as product, customer, channels, financial crime, fraud, experimentation, pricing, credit risk, data office and AI labs.

Within our Analytics teams you can use everything from computer science, statistics, machine learning and deep learning to business analysis to extract valuable insights from large structured and unstructured data sets. This program is designed to make you a well-rounded Analytics professional. Insights rotation : During Insights rotations you will help solve problems and work on strategic projects.

These teams look at complex data sets to find insights that can be used for everyday decision making. Data Science rotation : Within Data Science rotations you could help build models and apply cutting-edge tools and techniques to predict patterns and make smart decisions faster.

Specialisation rotation: During your final rotation, you'll have the opportunity to choose whether you want to build out your Insights or Data Science capability further. You will form part of a broader cohort under the RBS stream, which also incorporates our Commercial and Digital graduates. Your program includes tailored development to enhance your technical capability with the use of analytical tools such as R, SQL, SAS and Teradata, in conjunction with vast datasets to deliver actionable analytical insights.

Your program also includes multiple professional development opportunities, including interactive masterclasses, training courses and graduate conferences. Debmalya Mukherjee, assistant professor of management, who joined the CBA in Fall , has already gained a reputation as an outstanding researcher. In the past year alone , he had six articles published or accepted for publication in top management and international business journals.

One of his coauthored papers entitled " Environmental and Firm-Level Influences on Inter-organizational Trust and SME performance " accepted for publication in the Journal of Management Studies , is one of the first research papers to integrate transaction cost and relational advantage theory to understand the nuances of trust and uncertainty in the realm of small and medium size enterprises. Kenneth Aupperle, professor of management and Dr. Mee Outstanding Contribution to Management History award in In addition to his outstanding research record, Mukherjee is also acclaimed for his teaching effectiveness.
