Internet connected with limited access windows 7

OS Windows 7 64 bit Home Situation: Wireless internet connection working previously to shutting down computer on restart the wireless connection show limited access, and effectively has no access to the wireless network. Tried: Restarting Turned off firewall Checked all settings mulitple time Checked wireless network with separate computer Vista and its working well Removed wireless deviced from windows and reinstalled Removed wireless device from computer and from windows and reinstalled Removed original wireless device and installed new one Removed Bonjour Service Turned off wireless security No devices with warnings are look to be correct All drivers are up to date Tried Restoring to previous version Wireless network is using WPA2 security The wireless connection was pretty solid, but now it does not work at all.
